Contests
Contests are what Java Unlimited is all about. We provide the best service for anyone who wants to run a contest here - and for the true gamer, Java Unlimited as a result of the contests becomes a massive resource to play tons of fun, addicting Java games!

Currently there are two contests that are hosted by Java Unlimited:
  • Java 4K
A challenging contest where you must create a full-featured Java game in 4096 bytes! The Java 4K has a reputation for having clever, addicting games that somehow fit in that small of space.

  • Java 16K
Currently in planning stage - This contest (also known as "LWJGL16k") has the idea of presenting a full-featured 3D game using pre-installed Java gaming libraries, but the game itself can only be 16K.
Start a Contest
If you want to run a Java-related contest, Java Unlimited is the best way to manage it. Java Unlimited provides the fastest way to handle game submissions so you won't be searching through forum posts for every game that wants to be in your contest. Not to mention each game gets its own comments board (coming soon) so your judges not only try the game, but they can see what the rest of the community think!

Java Unlimited is a free service - the only thing we get out of it is a growing list of spectacular Java games to present to the ever-growing Java community.

Contact me if you're interested in starting your own contest here at Java Unlimited!
